We in Caring for Ex-Offenders (Caribbean) understand that all persons are “offenders” in the sight of God because of sin and those who come to faith in Jesus need to be discipled and lovingly restored.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to transform Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean by equipping Faith Based Organisations (FBOs) to provide compassionate care and practical support for persons in communities where those FBOs are situated.
The key target populations are crime survivors, criminal offenders, ex-offenders and their respective families.
